Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior/Lead DevOps Engineer to establish and facilitate DevOps best practices, cloud/container-based orchestration, and automated testing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building, configuring, and securing infrastructure and cloud components using Infrastructure as Code
- Establishing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI
- Implementing and managing containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS ECS)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 7+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, preferably in a senior role
- 3+ years of Ops experience in a production, customer-facing environment
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation and infrastructure management
- Extensive experience with infrastructure-as-code principles and tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
