Senior Lead Payment Integrity
Job Summary
To enhance operational excellence in carrier engagement, the full-time Senior Lead Payment Integrity will manage strategic relationships, oversee payment operations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Attend monthly Business Review and Carrier meetings to provide analytical insights and lead data-driven discussions
- Facilitate feedback loops to understand carrier needs and implement continuous improvement strategies
- Serve as an executive liaison, managing escalations and ensuring a high-quality experience across all carrier interactions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5 - 10+ years of experience in payment integrity operations or financial operations
- Payor/Carrier experience is required
- Experience managing complex operational programs and external partners or vendors preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets
