Job Summary
Driving operational excellence and strategic partnerships, the full-time Senior Lead Payment Integrity will manage carrier engagement, oversee payment operations, and enhance service quality in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Attend monthly Business Review and Carrier meetings to provide analytical insights and lead data-driven discussions
- Facilitate feedback loops to understand carrier needs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Serve as an executive liaison for carrier and client relationships, focusing on service, performance, and partnership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5 - 10+ years of experience in payment integrity operations, financial operations, or quality management
- Payor/Carrier experience is required
- Experience managing external partners or vendors preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets
