Job Summary

Supporting Shield AI's Talent Acquisition technology ecosystem, the full-time Senior Lead Talent Acquisition Systems will manage the administration and optimization of the ATS and CRM, partner with People Technology leadership to develop a technology roadmap, and oversee vendor relationships while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with People Technology leadership to build and maintain the roadmap for TA and HR technology initiatives
• Administer and continuously optimize Ashby as the ATS and CRM, ensuring effective configuration and integration with third-party HR technologies
• Define integration architecture across the TA and PX stack and manage data governance for TA and PX systems

Required qualifications

• Direct hands-on experience with Ashby administration, including configuration and reporting
• 8+ years of experience in administering and optimizing recruiting and HR technology
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience contributing to a TA or HR technology roadmap and managing vendor relationships
• Strong understanding of end-to-end talent acquisition processes and the enabling technology
