Senior Learning Architect
Job Summary
To support a growing curriculum team, the full-time Senior Learning Architect will translate clinical designs into engaging learning experiences, develop skill-aligned content, and utilize AI tools to enhance curriculum delivery in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate High-Level Designs (HLDs) and clinical materials into cohesive learning modules, including slide decks and workbooks
- Create facilitator guides with comprehensive instructions to ensure consistent delivery and effective group dynamics
- Design interactive content to maximize learner engagement and support modularization initiatives for ongoing client support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field
- Working knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning theory
- Proficiency in using AI tools for content generation and quality review
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) for structuring and publishing content
- Strong skills in Google Slides/PowerPoint for creating reusable templates and components
