Senior Learning Consultant

Job Summary

Leading strategic engagements remotely, the full-time Senior Learning Consultant will diagnose challenges, design interventions, and build solutions that drive behavior change and performance outcomes while partnering with senior business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements from diagnosis through solution design, deployment support, and post-launch iteration
• Partner with senior business stakeholders to scope challenges and co-design targeted learning solutions
• Diagnose performance and behavior change challenges to determine appropriate interventions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 7 or more years of demonstrated experience in consulting, internal advisory, or strategic learning and development
• MBA or Master's in organizational development, adult education, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience consulting in a strategy or management consulting environment
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and their application to capability building
