Job Summary

Focused on creating engaging learning experiences, the full-time Senior Learning Experience Designer will design and develop AI-native courses and multimedia content, ensuring high-quality visuals and narratives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design end-to-end learning experiences, including visual systems and narrative arcs
• Utilize tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to create compelling visual designs and multimedia content
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business objectives into effective learning solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, education, technology and design, social sciences, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in a relevant field, with a preference for formal learning or instructional design experience
• Expertise in visual communication and instructional storytelling
• Advanced proficiency with design and video production tools
• Experience in simplifying complex technical subjects for diverse audiences
