Senior Learning Experience Designer

Job Summary

To support the Talent Development team, the full-time Senior Learning Experience Designer will design engaging learning experiences across various formats, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance employee capability and performance management in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end learning experience design by translating business and learner needs into engaging learning journeys
• Develop high-quality, accessible learning content using adult learning principles and digital authoring tools
• Evaluate and improve learning solutions based on feedback and engagement data, applying evaluation models

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in adult learning, instructional design, education, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in learning experience design or related fields
• A portfolio demonstrating the design of adult learning across multiple formats
• Demonstrated knowledge of instructional design and inclusive design practices
• Experience using learning management platforms and digital authoring tools
