Senior Learning Experience Designer
Job Summary
To support the Product Development Content team, the fully remote Senior Learning Experience Designer will design and implement innovative learning solutions, mentor junior staff, and set instructional design standards while leveraging AI and emerging technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Design and ship AI-powered learning experiences, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity
- Conduct UX research and market analysis to inform learner-centered design and delivery modalities
- Mentor peers in modern instructional design practices and lead project activities with stakeholders
Required qualifications
- B.S./B.A. or higher in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in designing diverse learning products across various mediums
- Demonstrated experience in creating and shipping AI-powered learning experiences
- Working knowledge of iterative design methodologies such as SAM
- Experience measuring learning impact using metrics like xAPI or Level 3 behavior-change data
