Senior Learning Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Senior Learning Solutions Consultant will engage complex buying committees, influence solution architecture, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply structured methodologies to engage and manage relationships with complex buying committees across various leadership levels
• Influence the end-to-end solution design, ensuring alignment between customer outcomes and platform capabilities
• Act as a subject matter expert on the Percipio platform within the HR tech ecosystem, identifying data considerations for effective solution designs

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise solution consulting or transformation-focused roles with complex buying committees
• Demonstrated ability to build executive-level business cases and influence senior stakeholders
• Strong background in learning, talent, workforce, or organizational transformation
• Working knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles as they relate to enterprise learning solutions
• Proven track record of successful consulting engagements and ability to translate learning science into executive-friendly narratives
