Senior Legal Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Legal Department, the full-time Senior Legal Analyst will assist attorneys with complex employment and labor law matters, conduct legal research, manage time-sensitive projects, and serve as a liaison to outside counsel while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provides analytical support to employment attorneys on complex workplace legal issues
• Manages employment law projects, including tracking legal updates and conducting document reviews
• Coordinates with outside employment counsel for litigation and discovery processes

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience with a bachelor's degree, or 5 years with a JD or paralegal certification preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department focusing on labor and employment law preferred
• Strong legal research skills using Lexis/Nexis or Westlaw
• Ability to manage and coordinate legal research projects independently
• Demonstrated ability to act independently and assume increased responsibility
