Senior Legal Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting contract solutions initiatives, the full-time temporary Senior Legal Analyst will assist with contract negotiations, risk assessment, and project coordination while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with contract negotiations and analyze contractual risks, providing recommendations to stakeholders
- Coordinate contract-related projects by developing timelines, tracking deliverables, and implementing corrective actions
- Maintain and enhance contract management resources, templates, and documentation
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3+ years of Long-Term Care (LTC) Pharmacy experience
- 3+ years of contract review and contract management experience
- Experience supporting contract negotiations and project management skills
- Strong business intelligence and analytical skills
