Senior Legal Contract Manager

Job Summary

Supporting sponsor relationships, the full-time Senior Legal Contract Manager will review, negotiate, and manage complex commercial contracts while working remotely with cross-functional teams across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, and manage Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and sponsor-facing agreements
• Identify legal and commercial risks, proposing practical solutions and escalating higher-risk matters as needed
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, ensuring accurate documentation and alignment with business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Contracts Management, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field; JD preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in reviewing and managing commercial contracts, with at least 3 years in a CRO or life sciences environment
• Demonstrated experience managing MSAs, CDAs, and other commercial agreements independently
• Strong understanding of legal and commercial contracting principles, including risk assessment and negotiation
• Proficiency with contract management systems and tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Excel
