Senior Legal Contracts Manager
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Legal Contracts Manager will draft and revise commercial agreements, manage contract negotiations, and support the contracting needs of Premier's supply chain service lines while collaborating with attorneys and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and revise straightforward commercial contracts, amendments, and internal policy documents, ensuring clarity and compliance
- Review contract redlines and lead negotiations with business counterparts, tracking deal status and communicating proactively
- Serve as a point of contact for internal clients, translating business objectives into contract language and maintaining accurate contract records
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years of applicable experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Experience in leading contract negotiations and interpreting legal documents
- Strong business acumen with knowledge of commercial contract law and healthcare regulatory considerations
- Ability to articulate the business case for contractual engagements effectively to senior management
