Job Summary
Focused on supporting complex commercial arrangements and high-priority initiatives, the full-time Senior Legal Counsel - California will partner with senior leadership to navigate strategic legal matters in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support complex and strategic transactions for data center procurement and customer agreements, facilitating negotiation to execution
- Advise on the legal and commercial structure of strategic partnerships involving various technology services
- Lead negotiations with sophisticated counterparties, including global technology companies and major enterprise customers
Required qualifications
- 7-10 years of post-qualification experience as a lawyer, preferably in-house in a technology or cloud-related environment
- Admission and good standing in at least one US jurisdiction
- Proven experience leading complex, high-value commercial transactions with sophisticated counterparties
- Strong technology transactions experience, with an understanding of commercial and technical models
- Experience working directly with C-suite executives and senior business leaders
