Senior Legal Counsel - MA Licensed
Job Summary
As a full-time remote Senior Legal Counsel - MA Licensed, the successful candidate will manage the full contract lifecycle, supporting both outbound customer-facing transactions and inbound procurement/vendor transactions, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the negotiation and drafting of contracts, addenda, and amendments while securing necessary approvals
- Advise on privacy, data protection, and AI technology issues in commercial transactions
- Implement legal efficiencies and improve the contracts management system and operational processes
Required qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 10+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating contracts in a corporate environment
- Direct experience with complex SaaS/technology agreements and negotiating Privacy and AI terms
- Experience in sales, customer, and procurement transactions
- Prior involvement with financial services and/or healthcare transactions
