Key responsibilities
- Develop scalable legal systems and processes for privacy and compliance, particularly regarding Subscriber Signals
- Advise cross-functional teams on legal considerations throughout the product lifecycle and manage customer security requirements
- Reduce reliance on outside counsel by establishing efficient in-house legal workflows and guidance systems
Required qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school in the United States
- Active member in good standing of a State Bar Association
- Experience as in-house counsel at a tech company or with a top-tier firm specializing in tech startups
- Deep expertise in U.S. and European data privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA
- Familiarity with commercial contracts and intellectual property law
