Job Summary
To support the Lateral Compass team, the remote Senior Legal Recruiter will manage data-driven lateral recruiting efforts, building relationships with attorneys and law firms while overseeing the full recruiting lifecycle.

- Building and maintaining relationships with attorneys, law firms, and legal professionals
- Managing the full recruiting lifecycle from outreach through placement
- Providing market insight and strategic guidance to candidates and clients
Required qualifications
- Experience using modern AI tools in recruiting
- Strong network and instincts in the legal market
- Proven ability to manage the full recruiting lifecycle
- Experience in the DC market is a plus
