Senior Liability Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Investigating and settling complex claims, the fully remote Senior Liability Claims Adjuster will manage high-exposure cases with minimal supervision, ensuring compliance with policies and effective communication with all parties involved.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and settle complex claims, determining coverage, liability, and damages
• Communicate action plans clearly and present strategies for case resolution to clients
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, statutory requirements, and best practices while managing a full caseload

Required qualifications

• High school diploma and 5 years of related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled or able to obtain necessary licenses/certifications
• Extensive knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Computer proficiency with claims and business software
• Analytical skills to make decisions and resolve complex issues related to claims
