Senior Licensing Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Owning software order execution, the full-time Senior Licensing Operations Specialist will manage software orders from validation through fulfillment, resolve complex licensing and configuration changes, and coordinate cross-functional issue resolution in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee software orders from purchase order validation to license fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
• Evaluate and execute approved licensing changes, analyzing their impact on customer entitlements and operational records
• Investigate discrepancies across orders and system records, coordinating with various departments to resolve issues effectively

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in order management, software fulfillment, or licensing operations with complex software licensing changes
• Proven ability to independently investigate issues and drive resolution with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical skills to understand relationships among orders, system configurations, and operational records
• Experience managing software licenses, including changes to quantities and assignments
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reconciliation, along with experience using an ERP or order management system
