Senior Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

Managing a significant portfolio of U.S. transportation-related litigation and claims, the full-time Senior Claims & Litigation Paralegal will work remotely with in-house and outside counsel, focusing on commercial-auto bodily injury, catastrophic-loss, and property-damage cases.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and support various transportation litigation and claims, ensuring timely evidence preservation and documentation
• Prepare litigation documents, including first drafts of responses, motions, and discovery materials under attorney supervision
• Coordinate with outside counsel and internal departments to monitor case strategies, budgets, and deadlines

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of litigation, claims, or senior paralegal experience, preferably in trucking/transportation litigation
• Experience with motor carriers, insurers, or transportation-defence law firms is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of U.S. litigation and discovery processes, along with legal drafting and file management skills
• Familiarity with trucking evidence and FMCSA-related documentation
