Senior Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

To support the in-house Legal Department, the full-time Senior Litigation Paralegal will manage a significant portfolio of U.S. transportation-related litigation and claims, coordinating with both in-house and outside counsel in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and support commercial-auto bodily injury, catastrophic-loss, property-damage, and transportation litigation/claims
• Coordinate immediate evidence preservation following significant accidents and prepare litigation chronologies
• Assist with legal document preparation, including drafting answers, motions, and maintaining complete litigation files and calendars

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of litigation, claims, or senior paralegal experience, preferably in trucking/transportation litigation
• Experience with a motor carrier, insurer, TPA, or transportation-defence law firm is highly desirable
• Strong U.S. litigation/discovery knowledge and legal drafting ability
• Familiarity with trucking evidence and FMCSA-related documentation
• Effective docket/file management skills
