Senior Loan Officer

Job Summary

Handling inbound calls and warm leads, the full-time Senior Loan Officer will consult with customers on auto loan refinancing, advise on additional protection products, and manage a large pipeline of prospective clients in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise customers on refinancing options and additional protection products using a consultative sales approach
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers while achieving product sales attachment goals
• Process finance deals accurately and ethically, ensuring compliance with lender guidelines and finance laws

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in auto loan refinancing as a loan officer
• Proven ability to handle and maintain a high volume pipeline of clients
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Familiarity with various software platforms and the ability to learn new technology
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus
