Job Summary
To optimize and modernize loan verification processes, the full-time hybrid Senior Loan Operations Manager will lead and mentor teams in Phoenix and San Francisco, oversee vendor partnerships, and drive operational efficiencies through automation and strategic resource allocation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the optimization of Loan Operation workflows, identifying bottlenecks and implementing automation
- Mentor and develop operations teams, fostering a collaborative culture focused on execution and quality
- Manage vendor partnerships to ensure performance metrics and quality standards are met
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive operational leadership experience in financial services, FinTech, or lending
- Experience managing dual-site or multi-site operational processing teams
- Strong track record of analyzing and re-engineering workflows for efficiency and automation
- Hands-on experience supervising outsourced vendors with a focus on metric accountability
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
