Senior Logistics Agent

Job Summary

To support the Secondary Logistics team, the full-time Senior Logistics Agent will provide real-time escalation support, negotiate release rates, and manage active job documentation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide real-time support for escalations from frontline team members
• Negotiate tow and release rates and manage active-job emails in the ticketing system
• Lead high-priority requests and flag recurring issues for leadership review

Required qualifications:

• Experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Agent, or in a similar role
• Solid understanding of secondary logistics processes and rate approvals
• Proven ability to resolve complex job escalations with minimal supervision
• Confident negotiation skills with service providers
• Familiarity with systems such as Zendesk, Slack, and Google Workspace
