Senior Logistics Manager

Job Summary

Providing leadership for the Distribution Center, the full-time Senior Logistics Manager will manage operational planning, customer interactions, and continuous improvement initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Interface directly with customers to resolve issues and maintain high satisfaction levels
• Oversee strategic operational planning and execution for logistics operations
• Hire, supervise, and develop employees while fostering a positive work environment

Required qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred
• Five (5) years or more of relevant experience in supply chain or logistics required
• Five (5) years or more of management experience required
• Three (3) years or more of Profit & Loss responsibility preferred
• One (1) year or more of customer interaction preferred
