Job Summary

Managing the logistics operational budget with precision, the full-time Senior Logistics Budget & Operational Performance Manager will ensure effective cost management, oversee budget planning and performance monitoring, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and control the logistics operational budget, ensuring accuracy and financial discipline
• Monitor key operational KPIs and drive performance improvement across logistics and related functions
• Identify and implement productivity and cost optimization projects to enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Operations, focusing on Warehouse and Logistics Operations Management
• Strong expertise in Logistics Operations, Budget Management, and Cost Control within a fast-paced FMCG environment
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end operational performance through data analysis and reporting
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including Operations, Finance, and IT teams
