Leading third-party logistics operations, the full-time Senior Logistics Operations Manager will oversee road and maritime transportation and warehouse operations across North America, ensuring compliance, cost management, and strong provider performance while working in a hybrid environment from the Atlanta office.
Key responsibilities
- Manage third-party road and maritime transportation and warehouse operations to ensure reliable and cost-effective service
- Develop and lead teams, establishing accountability and consistent operating practices while supporting succession planning
- Oversee logistics vendor strategy, sourcing, contracts, and performance management in line with company policies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Extensive experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or procurement
- Leadership experience managing managers and cross-functional teams
- Experience with third-party carriers and logistics providers in a complex network
