Senior Logistics Specialist

Job Summary

Providing advanced logistics and acquisition support for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and international partners, the part-time Senior Logistics Specialist for International Programs will manage life cycle logistics, conduct analyses, and ensure compliance with DoD policies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and sustainment of international aviation and weapons programs through logistics expertise
• Develop and review acquisition logistics products, including Life Cycle Sustainment Plans and logistics assessments
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure logistics deliverables meet international program requirements and compliance standards

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field with over ten years of experience in logistics, program management, or life cycle management
• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one; U.S. citizenship required
• Experience in logistics support for U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, or other Service-level international programs
• Thorough understanding of DoD acquisition logistics and FMS logistics processes
• Direct experience with ordnance, explosive safety compliance, and hazard classification processes
