Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance user connections across a diverse base, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer will develop and productionize machine learning models using advanced techniques, mentor junior engineers, and work with large datasets in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end analyses, including data wrangling, statistical modeling, and presenting business ideas
• Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster a culture of learning and technical excellence
• Support the development and deployment of machine learning models for both offline and online services

Required qualifications

• Experience in developing and productionizing machine learning models, particularly with neural networks and LLMs
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and XGBoost
• Strong coding skills in Python or equivalent languages (Java, C++)
• Solid understanding of engineering and infrastructure best practices
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
