Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance user connections through advanced machine learning techniques, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer will work in a hybrid capacity, focusing on developing and deploying machine learning models, mentoring junior engineers, and conducting end-to-end data analyses.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end analyses, including data wrangling, statistical modeling, and presenting business ideas
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting a culture of learning and technical excellence
• Develop and productionize machine learning models for both offline and online services, utilizing large textual and visual datasets

Required qualifications

• Experience in developing and productionizing machine learning models, particularly with neural networks and large language models
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and XGBoost
• Strong coding skills in Python or equivalent programming languages
• Solid understanding of engineering and infrastructure best practices
• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required
