Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To support high-fidelity risk identification in customer data, the remote Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer will develop AI and machine learning solutions, collaborate with threat-research teams, and ensure quality in risk analysis and security automation.

Key responsibilities

• Translate risk identification methods into agent logic while ensuring quality across risk analysis and recommendations
• Collaborate with threat-research teams to understand data and develop security heuristics
• Deploy and monitor solutions in production within a CI/CD framework, focusing on data-driven quality approaches to threat detection

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of professional Python development with experience in building production-quality systems and data analytics libraries
• Proven experience with LLM-powered agents, including tool and function calling, and prompt engineering
• Demonstrated ownership of production reliability, including CI/CD and incident debugging in live distributed systems
• Strong understanding of data requirements for analysis and collaboration with data engineering teams
• Sr. Staff level experience leading complex engineering projects and emergent requirements
