Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Ads Platform team, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer will design and improve machine learning models for ad ranking and optimization, leveraging AI tools and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, build, and enhance machine learning models for ad ranking and relevance
• Implement active learning strategies and maintain high standards for model performance and reliability
• Collaborate with product, data, and platform teams to translate user experience gaps into measurable ML improvements

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in production ML or data-driven systems
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience deploying low-latency models into production
• Experience with AWS and building scalable training pipelines
• Practical experience applying LLMs for model development and data labeling
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools to enhance code quality and iteration speed
