Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

As a technical leader on the AI Model Serving team, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer will design, implement, and maintain large-scale systems for deploying machine learning models, while driving critical design decisions and fostering an inclusive team culture in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design decisions to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability of the platform
• Design and maintain systems for moving machine learning models to production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and optimize continuous integration software pipelines

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software development, specifically with large-scale distributed systems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes and GPU infrastructure for scaling workloads
• Proficiency in Python and experience with production-level code in Python-based frameworks
• Familiarity with both large language models and traditional machine learning models
