Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a cross-functional development team, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer will design and implement production-grade extraction agents, build robust document ingestion pipelines, and develop confidence models, all while working remotely in India.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and test production-grade extraction agents for unstructured document language
• Build a document ingestion pipeline capable of handling degraded inputs and inconsistent layouts
• Develop confidence models to manage routing of high and low-confidence data fields

Required qualifications

• Deep AWS architecture experience with hands-on Bedrock work
• Strong background in OCR on degraded inputs and layout-aware extraction
• Demonstrated experience in extracting structured data from long, unstructured documents
• Proven track record in building multi-step reasoning chains for autonomous agents
• Experience with production RAG or LLM pipeline engineering
