Job Summary

Serving as the technical lead for a high-impact ML team, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer will design, build, and scale machine learning systems focused on personalization and ranking while collaborating closely with product and engineering stakeholders in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction and execution for ML systems, ensuring high-quality architecture and reliable operation at scale
• Design and implement ML solutions for personalization, ranking, and search use cases
• Mentor engineers and drive clarity in ambiguous problem spaces, translating product needs into scalable technical solutions

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of industry experience in machine learning or software engineering with a focus on production ML systems
• Proven experience in building and scaling ML systems in personalization, relevance, or ad tech domains
• Strong expertise in distributed systems, data pipelines, and ML infrastructure
• Experience deploying ML models into production and operating them at consumer scale
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
