Senior Machine Learning Engineer
Job Summary
Joining a cross-functional development team, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer will design and implement AI-powered production workflows, focusing on agent harnessing, AWS Step Functions, and multi-agent coordination in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement workflows using AWS Step Functions and Amazon Bedrock to orchestrate agent operations and ensure quality through evaluations
- Develop agent-facing user interfaces and backend systems, utilizing Python and FastAPI, to connect agents with user interactions and data processing
- Collaborate with enterprise customers to gather requirements and deliver AI solutions, ensuring effective integration and deployment of agent workflows
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in software engineering with hands-on AI engineering delivered to production
- Experience with at least one production project involving LLM agents or RAG pipelines, ideally on AWS Bedrock
- Direct experience in designing and deploying AI-powered workflows using Claude Code or Cowork
- Track record of owning and delivering solutions end-to-end with minimal guidance
- Experience working with non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and present solutions
