Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Driving the design and development of end-to-end Generative AI solutions, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer will lead efforts in building and optimizing large language model capabilities, ensuring production readiness and collaboration across cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of Generative AI and large language model products, including data ingestion and model monitoring on AWS
• Architect and build robust ML/LLM pipelines for high-impact use cases such as claim summarization and underwriting assistance
• Establish ML Ops best practices for model development, deployment, and lifecycle management, ensuring models are auditable and secure

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning and/or Data Science with end-to-end delivery of production ML systems
• Deep expertise in Python and experience building scalable ML/LLM services and pipelines on AWS
• Strong understanding of ML Ops practices for model development and deployment
• Hands-on experience with classical and gradient-boosting models and their application to real-world business problems
• Demonstrated technical leadership in driving design decisions and mentoring peers
