Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the technical design and development of advanced ML pipelines, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer will work remotely to optimize agentic workflows and build scalable AI-driven recommendation features while ensuring high availability and performance across distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and maintain end-to-end Machine Learning pipelines for data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, and production deployment
• Design algorithms and LLM-driven recommendation features to enhance agentic workflows and tool usage
• Optimize real-time model inference and scoring microservices for sub-second response times in multi-tenant environments

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in machine learning development with a focus on production ML systems
• 5+ years of proficiency in deep learning, NLP, and GenAI/LLM orchestration using frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow
• Strong ability in distributed processing (Spark, Flink) and high-throughput storage (ClickHouse)
• Experience with MLOps platforms for monitoring and retraining models at scale
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master's or PhD preferred
