Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To support innovative healthcare solutions, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer will design and deploy advanced ML models, including GenAI and LLM-based solutions, enhancing clinical trial workflows and patient engagement in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development, testing, and deployment of scalable ML models and pipelines for production systems
• Design and refine GenAI/LLM-based models to automate clinical trial operations and improve performance monitoring
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build solutions that align with the company's mission and goals

Required qualifications

• Master's or PhD in computer science, statistics, machine learning, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a machine learning engineer, preferably in healthcare or life sciences
• Deep expertise in training and deploying ML models, including GenAI/LLMs, with proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience managing production-level ML pipelines, including deployment and monitoring
• Ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced, mission-driven environments with high levels of ambiguity
