Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of unified administrative tools, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer will architect and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines, design AI-driven recommendation features, and optimize real-time model inference in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and maintain end-to-end Machine Learning pipelines from data ingestion to production deployment
• Design algorithms and recommendation features that enhance agentic workflows and tool usage
• Optimize real-time model inference and scoring microservices for high-concurrency environments

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in machine learning development, with at least 4+ years focused on production ML systems
• 5+ years of proficiency in deep learning, NLP, and GenAI/LLM orchestration using frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow
• Strong ability in distributed processing and high-throughput storage for designing robust ML data pipelines
• Experience with MLOps platforms for monitoring and retraining ML models at scale
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
