Job Summary
Leading high-impact machine learning projects, the full-time Senior Applied Machine Learning Engineer will develop and deploy LLM/VLM-based systems for buyer simulation and storefront analysis in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead ML projects within SimGym's agent, persona, evaluation, or data flywheel workstreams
- Develop, fine-tune, and deploy LLM/VLM-based systems for browser automation and buyer simulation
- Design and build scalable ML components and data pipelines, ensuring operational ease and maintainability
Required qualifications
- Strong applied ML engineering experience with a track record of delivering production systems
- Hands-on experience with LLM, VLM, or agent systems, including evaluation and model iteration
- End-to-end experience training, evaluating, and deploying ML products at scale
- Proficiency with Python and experience in building production ML data pipelines
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including code quality and operational awareness
