Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Owning end-to-end models and evaluations, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer will build and ship statistical and hybrid LLM models on real claims data while designing evaluations and measuring impact to inform product decisions, with opportunities for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and ship statistical, ML, and hybrid LLM models on real claims data
• Design evaluations and gold datasets, running them continuously as the product evolves
• Measure impact through experiment design and ROI analysis, clearly communicating results to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Typically 5+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or quantitative engineering roles
• Strong quantitative foundation in statistics, probability, and experiment design
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with a proven track record of deploying models to production
• Hands-on experience with statistical ML and LLM-based approaches, including evaluating LLM outputs
• Experience working efficiently with AI-assisted tools, with demonstrable examples
