Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To build a customer-facing AI platform, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer will take customer problems from idea to working prototype, train and evaluate models, and own the full ML lifecycle in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Transform customer problems into working prototypes and move successful approaches into production
• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate models for product matching, classification, and attribute extraction
• Design and implement RAG systems and LLM-powered features on AWS while monitoring models in production

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in ML engineering, applied data science, or AI engineering
• Proven track record of shipping ML or AI systems to production and maintaining them post-launch
• Hands-on experience with model training, evaluation, and production applications using LLMs
• Working knowledge of MLOps practices and tools, such as MLflow or SageMaker Pipelines
• Strong Python skills and solid engineering practices, including version control and CI/CD
