Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of a customer-facing AI platform, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Engineer will quickly transform customer problems into working prototypes, train and evaluate models for various ML tasks, and manage the full ML lifecycle while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Transform customer problems into working prototypes and move successful approaches into production
• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate models for matching, classification, and extraction tasks
• Design and implement RAG systems and LLM-powered features on AWS

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ML engineering, applied data science, or AI engineering
• Proven track record of deploying ML or AI systems to production and maintaining them post-launch
• Hands-on experience with model training, evaluation, and feature engineering
• Experience building production applications utilizing LLMs and related technologies
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and AWS services for ML workloads
