Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team to build user understanding models and systems for various Pinterest products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to experiment with new ML models and deliver measurable impact
- Mentor and grow team members while fostering a culture of excellence and expertise
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing an ML engineering team working on production ML systems
- 10+ years of industry experience in machine learning
- Domain expertise in ML, particularly in user modeling, NLP, and recommendation systems
- Proven ability to drive the roadmap for scalable production quality systems
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
