Senior Machine Learning Modeler

Job Summary

To optimize Risk Operations at scale, the full-time Senior Machine Learning Modeler will experiment with and deploy AI copilot and autopilot systems, manage end-to-end machine learning processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance decision-making and user safety remotely from any location in the United States or Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment and deploy AI systems to improve analyst productivity and eliminate manual decision loops
• Own the end-to-end machine learning system, including API integration, prompt tuning, and performance monitoring
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operational teams to deploy and optimize production-grade systems

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in machine learning modeling, with a preference for full stack ML expertise
• A Master's or advanced degree in computer science, data science, or a related technical field
• 3+ years of experience with AI engineering and large language models, with traditional NLP techniques as a strong plus
• Proven experience in building and deploying performant ML/AI systems at scale
• Demonstrated ability to independently drive programs with significant business impact across multiple stakeholders
