Senior Machine Learning Scientist

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Machine Learning Scientist to work remotely, focusing on building and productionizing state-of-the-art NLP models for large-scale labor market data, including tasks such as classification, information extraction, and multilingual NLP.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and optimize NLP models for classification, extraction, and semantic matching
• Develop and fine-tune transformer-based models using advanced architectures like BERT and DeBERTa
• Collaborate with ML and data engineers to deploy scalable models and training pipelines in AWS

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, NLP, or a related field
• Strong experience in building and deploying production NLP or ML systems
• Deep understanding of transformers, embeddings, and model optimization techniques
• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch, with hands-on experience using Hugging Face or similar frameworks
• Experience with multilingual NLP and large-scale model training and evaluation
