Senior Managed File Transfer Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Managed File Transfer Engineer, this full-time remote position will manage and support enterprise Managed File Transfer platforms, primarily Axway SecureTransport 5.x, while providing operational support for production incidents and leading platform upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
- Engineer, administer, and maintain enterprise Managed File Transfer platforms, focusing on Axway SecureTransport 5.x
- Provide operational support for MFT production incidents and service requests, ensuring timely troubleshooting and resolution
- Lead and execute Axway SecureTransport platform upgrades, including planning, implementation, and post-upgrade validation
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of IT experience with strong hands-on experience in enterprise Managed File Transfer platforms
- Expertise in Axway SecureTransport 5.x and knowledge of Axway Sentinel
- Experience with secure file transfer protocols including SFTP/SSH, FTPS, and HTTPS
- Strong understanding of PGP encryption/decryption concepts and key management
- Experience with Linux/RHEL and familiarity with AWS for troubleshooting cloud infrastructure
