Senior Manager, Accounting & FP&A

Job Summary

Leading the transformation of financial systems, the full-time Senior Manager, Accounting & FP&A will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while optimizing NetSuite for a remote team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of NetSuite into an integrated, automated financial management platform
• Oversee annual budgeting, rolling forecasting, and long-range financial planning
• Manage the accounting team, ensuring GAAP compliance and efficient financial reporting processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience with significant FP&A responsibilities
• Substantial hands-on NetSuite experience in configuration, optimization, and reporting
• Demonstrated success in ERP implementation and financial systems transformation
• Advanced financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
